This Van Treuren Volunteer is Filling Out A THOUSAND Hand-Written Postcards to Voters

phil van treuren campaign lorain county commissioner 2012As part of our campaign’s “Summer Offensive” in Lorain County, we asked supporters to fill out a few hand-written Vote Van Treuren postcards and mail them to their friends and family (postage paid by our campaign, of course).  We’ve had several volunteers ask for stacks of ten or twenty postcards to fill out and mail, which is much appreciated.

But a very special thanks needs to go out to Thomasina Patton in Avon Lake, who has graciously offered to fill out A THOUSAND postcards with hand-written messages and mail them to voters in her community. This is probably going to take Thomasina months to do, but she understands the significant amount of hard work that involved and is still selflessly offering her help.

Dozens of dedicated volunteers like Thomasina are currently helping our campaign for Lorain County Commissioner by filling out post cards, dropping door cards in their neighborhoods, and much more.  It’s both humbling and encouraging to know that they believe in our campaign enough to dedicate  their valuable spare time to helping us.  Thank you so much!
