North Ridgeville Ohio Corn Festival 2012 Schedule & Parade
Schedule of Events for the 2012 North Ridgeville OH Corn Festival and Parade (Lorain County)
The North Ridgeville Corn Festival takes place the second weekend in August 2012. It’s famous for its free admission and free parking, as well.
The Corn Festival has been held in North Ridgeville for the last three decades. It began as an event that celebrated the 200th anniversary of the State of Ohio, and today it features a parade on Center Ridge Road, booths, games, free entertainment, a car show, kids game, arts and crafts, food, corn eating contests, and much more. The Corn Festival also helps a good cause by raising thousands of dollars for local charities.
The Corn Festival is put on entirely by volunteers, and all proceeds from the festival are donated to North Ridgeville community projects, education programs, departments in the city, and to keeping up South Central Park.
