2012 Elyria Apple Festival Schedule in Ely Square: Downtown Elyria, OH (Lorain County)
The 2012 Elyria Apple Festival will take place in September in downtown Elyria, in Ely Square. As soon as the Apple Festival board of directors announces the exact date and time of events and the schedule, we will update this page.
The Elyria Apple Festival has been going on since 1980 until 2012. Because there were a lot of apple tree growers in the Elyria area, the founders of the event decided that “Apple Festival” was an appropriate community-focused name. Local apple growers helped with making cider and even apple donations.
The Apple Festival is usually held in September and features concessions and crafts, games, booths, food, music and other fun family-friendly events and fare.
