Big Thanks to a Hard-Working Campaign Volunteer in City of Lorain
Patricia T. in Lorain has delivered hundreds of Vote Van Treuren campaign door cards
I’ve been pleasantly surprised this year by the amount of support our county commissioner campaign has received in the City of Lorain. Although the election is five months away, our volunteers have already visited thousands of homes in Lorain, and are continuing to spread our message of responsible government there throughout the summer.
There’s one Lorain volunteer in particular that I’d like to personally thank in this post. Patricia T. contacted us earlier in the year and said that she wanted to do anything she could to help our efforts in the City of Lorain, and she has proven to be a tireless advocate for the Van Treuren campaign.
Patricia, who is a retired veteran of the United States Air Force, has gone door-to-door in Lorain and dropped many hundreds of door cards over the last few months. She has knocked on doors and spoken to residents personally about our efforts. In fact, we’ve had to go back to Patricia’s home three times so far this year to get her more campaign literature after she ran out.
I can’t tell you how much the efforts of Patricia T., and our other hard-working volunteers, mean to me. It’s very humbling to know that Patricia and others believe in our campaign so much, and I’m working as hard as I can to lead by example and make them proud of what we’re working for.
Patricia T., thanks so much for your help!
